our company has strong technical force of expanding the capacity and transformation work for a variety of large and medium sized motors at home and abroad. till now, more than 40 sets of motors have expanded the capacity and been transformed, which has achieved good results.

case 1

after several times of overhaul by other companies,  the operation temperature of 3357/2313kw double speed draught fan motor of guangdong shajiao c power plant made by abb company, was 20k higher than the original one, which caused abnormal operation. the power plant required to reduce the temperature rise and expand the capacity. after the redesigning and modification by our company, the capacity of low speed mode (10p) increased by 8%, and the temperature rise in operation is 20k lower than the original one. the protective grade rises from ip23 to ip44. furthermore, the motor in operation of low speed can satisfy the requirement of full load operation of 660mw unit without high gear. it can save 800kwh per hour. on account of the excellent energy saving effect, the third prize of science and technology award is achieved.

case 2

the ykk-2000-6w id fan driven motor in shanghai waigaoqiao power plant was required to be modified from 2000kw to 2600kw for its induced draft fan system. according to the customer’s requirement, our company conducted the new calculation and design work in the aspects of electromagnetic parameters, ventilating system, mechanical load, starting performance and others. all the capacity expanding and the ventilation system transformation work was finished in only one month. the motor functions well and is qualified for the modification of the induced draft fan system which gained us rave reviews.

case3

in the power plant of sinopec jiujiang group, the 2600kw motor manufactured by fuji japan got some problems. the insufficient rigidity of the end windings, and the ultrathin insulation caused many crackings after several months of operation with frequent startups. with regards to these problems, our company redesigned the electromagnetic parts. under the circumstance that the stator iron core and its capacity were not changed, the winding structure was modified, insulation thickness was increased, and the end part stiffness was enhanced. till now, the modified motor has been put into operation again for more than ten years without any problem.
